Geraldine Nix - CEO

Geri Nix is the Chief Executive Officer at Genesis Communications.  She is responsible for all of the company's customer-facing activities, including global sales, and customer success.  

Geri has encompassing call center familiarity, particularly accomplished in coaching, Directors and Managers, and motivating team members.  Maintains an uncompromising focus on high quality standards and bottom-line profit improvements.

Geri holds a Masters Degree from the University of Tennessee She serves on the Board of directors for Raising Expectations a non-profit organization for underserved youth in the metro Atlanta area.

Mary Smith - Owner/Founder

Mary Smith is a personable, Customer service professional with several years of customer service. Her experiences have enabled her to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and clients. In addition,  the community with hiring the best personnel and establishing a call center school for high school students in the local area. Mary has a stellar reputation in the call center industry and bottom-line profit improvements. Her expertise, motivation, customer service expertise and professional demeanor makes her a valuable asset to Genesis Communications.

Camille Wray - Director of I.T

Camille Wray is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. Prior to this current role, Camille has been senior software developer over 20 years  for a number of high profile global companies ranging from the Ministry of Defense, Group Management Services and high brow Financial companies and turned down an opportunity with N.A.T.O in order to help co-found Genesis Communications.

Camille holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematical Software Engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from De Monfort University - UK. She also speaks several languages

Anthony Hall - Director of Sales & Marketing

Anthony Hall is a personable, results-driven, Call Center Professional with over 25 years of experience demonstrating year-over-year improvements in sales and marketing efforts, operational, revenue generation, customer service ratings and team productivity. All-encompassing call center familiarity, particularly accomplished in motivating team members. Anthony has an uncompromising focus on high quality standards and bottom-line profit improvements. Customer service orientated and excellent at performing crisis management and ensuring customer loyalty and retention. Several years’ experience in building start-ups call centers.  


Avid Chess player who teaches chess at local schools in the metro on a voluntary basis. Former Non-Commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. With Several awards and accommodations.

Victor Thomas - Chief Operating Officer

With a career spanning 25 years in the contact center space, you could say Victor has operations in his blood.

 From an agent level while in college to Supervisor, Manager, Director and now COO, Victor has dedicated most of his adult life to support center operations with a penchant for Servant Leadership.


After over 20 years in Atlanta, Victor has called Chicago home for the last 5 years where he enjoys Chicago's vibrant food and entertainment scene.

In his personal time, Victor enjoys spending time with his fiancee, smoking a good cigar or cycling along the picturesque scenery along Lake Michigan.
